FBN Participation of representatives of FBN Bulgaria in a training module of the Mentoring Program of the "Women's Forum" Association
On 7th of November 2023 three representatives of companies that are members of the "Association of Family Business - Bulgaria" were the main faces in a training module of the Mentoring Program of the "Women's Forum" Association.
Anna Zaharieva, executive director and co-founder of FairPlay International JSC, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Ladies Forum Association, hosted a conversation on "Family Business - Challenges in Management and Succession" with the participation of FBN representatives Bulgaria Current generation Tanya Kyurkchieva (Fikosota Holding, ATANA) and Teodora Mladenova (Date Trade, Teda Pak).
Fascinating discussions on various family business issues from the perspective of the second generation members of the owning families engaged the audience - mentors and young ladies mentored in the Ladies Forum Mentoring Program.
The interlocutors shared their personal stories and their lessons - about their educational and professional path, about the priorities and dynamics of work in family companies.
